Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates.
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
- Organize inventory internal control.
- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
- Prepare Cash Flow Projection and forecast costs and revenues.
- Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same field.
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Having knowledge of an accounting information system.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
