Group Head – F&B Kitchen Operations

    Responsibilities:

    • Designs, reviews, improves, and implements F&B kitchen operations standards, systems, and processes.
    • Develops and champions guest engagement programs, proactive guest satisfaction initiatives, and complaint resolution while mitigating business risks.
    • Conducts competition scans and monitors competitor performance and activities.
    • Oversees F&B cost control, profit and loss management, sales mix, targets, and performance.
    • Collaborates with Head of F&B Operations on property strategies, operations plans, budgets, and capital expenditures.
    • Conducts weekly property walkthroughs to ensure maintenance, preventive repairs, and timely service.
    • Acts as group property champion for security, emergency response, safety, environmental, and labor compliance programs.
    • Manages Group F&B operations and kitchen team, including job scope, competencies, KPIs, hiring, training, career development, and succession planning.
    • Designs, reviews, and approves F&B service policies, SOPs, and corporate collateral databases; maintains reports and documentation.
    • Ensures compliance with people and culture policies, code of conduct, and promotes leadership, professionalism, and cross-department support.
    • Performs other duties assigned by the Head of F&B Operations.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in culinary and hospitality management, business management, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; post graduate studies will be considered.
    • Proven leadership capabilities with at least five-year working experience in a senior management role; at least four-year proven performance record as Group Director / Manager of Food & Beverage or equivalent in reputable and food and beverage restaurant groups in the Philippines.
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen; highly effective and efficient in maintaining high level operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expense.
    • Strong and natural leadership in people engagement and relations, development and retention, organizational culture, inclusion and diversity; excellent motivator and communicator.
    • Highly fitted in a fast growth and dynamic business environment.
    • Willing to be based onsite at the commissary in Libis, Quezon City, and report to the Head Office in Pasay as needed.
