Job Summary:
The Commercial Operations Assistant Manager supports the planning, leasing, turnover, and operations of commercial properties. This role assists in developing and executing commercial strategies, managing tenant and third-party relations, and ensuring the smooth activation of commercial components within communities. The position plays a critical role in enhancing commercial asset value, supporting leasing efforts, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in horizontal and vertical construction, land development, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and document tracking systems (SAP B1/NOAH experience a plus)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
