Job Summary:
The role is responsible for the leadership, planning, and execution of all engineering and technical operations across the organization and its subsidiaries. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, cost optimization, and infrastructure reliability across all business units such as cold storage, petroleum, logistics, real estate, and manufacturing.
The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can standardize engineering practices, drive innovation, and ensure all facilities operate at optimal performance with minimal downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related).
- Licensed Engineer (Required).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant engineering experience.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience handling multi-site operations is highly preferred.
- Background in any of the following is a strong advantage: Cold storage / refrigeration, Fuel or petroleum operations, Warehousing and logistics, Property and facilities management.
- Must be willing to travel frequently across company sites.
