Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is preferred but not required. Qualified non-CPA candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate, shared services, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full time onsite in Jaro, Iloilo.
