The role requires strong leadership in operational planning, safety, infrastructure management, and digital transformation, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or any business-related course; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Must have held a General Manager or equivalent leadership position
- Industry Background (Preferred): rail operations, operations management, and operations & maintenance (O&M) experience.
