Admin Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing of required Documents for the processing of Business Permit Renewals for Head Office and kiosks.
    • Preparing of required Documents for the processing of Insurance for Head Office and kiosks.
    • Processing of Service Billings from Janitorial, Security and Drivers/Messenger.
    • Data Base, Records, Information & File Management of Business Permits, Insurance, etc. for Head Office and Kiosks.
    • Address concerns on Trip Schedules.
    • Answering phone call concerns.
    • Physical Inventory & File management of Assets and Accountabilities.
    • Data Base, Records, Information & File Management of Company Vehicles, Comprehensive Insurance & Registration of Company Service, Vehicles for VIP’s, Vehicles for Managers, Vehicles for Sales Representatives and Vehicles for Network Leaders & Members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
    • Must have at least 1year related experience
    • Familiar with BPLO, Business, and Building Permit processing
    • Experienced in fleet management, LTO registration and transfer of ownership
    • Keen to details and organized
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office
    • Willing to work full-time on-site in Mandaluyong warehouse
