Responsibilities:
- Preparing of required Documents for the processing of Business Permit Renewals for Head Office and kiosks.
- Preparing of required Documents for the processing of Insurance for Head Office and kiosks.
- Processing of Service Billings from Janitorial, Security and Drivers/Messenger.
- Data Base, Records, Information & File Management of Business Permits, Insurance, etc. for Head Office and Kiosks.
- Address concerns on Trip Schedules.
- Answering phone call concerns.
- Physical Inventory & File management of Assets and Accountabilities.
- Data Base, Records, Information & File Management of Company Vehicles, Comprehensive Insurance & Registration of Company Service, Vehicles for VIP’s, Vehicles for Managers, Vehicles for Sales Representatives and Vehicles for Network Leaders & Members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- Must have at least 1year related experience
- Familiar with BPLO, Business, and Building Permit processing
- Experienced in fleet management, LTO registration and transfer of ownership
- Keen to details and organized
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Mandaluyong warehouse
