Admin Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Co-manages daily admin operations, ensures SOP compliance, and supervises all administrative processes.
    • Co-manages data privacy execution, documentation, access control, and reporting.
    • Ensures timely permit applications and renewals, reviews documentation, coordinates with LGUs and agencies.
    • Co-manages Safety & Health activities, compliance, and reporting requirements.
    • Co-manages Business Continuity and Risk Management processes, risk reports, and compliance activities.
    • Supervises team tasks, assign work, and ensures performance follow-through.
    • Perform other related duties and functions which may be assigned by the Immediate Superior, Operations Head, and/or the Department Head.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a college graduate.
    • Should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
    • Must be willing to work full time onsite in MOA, Pasay City.
