Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin / Executive Assistant to support the General Manager. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, and managing communications with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree holder.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a pleasing personality and can communicate well with clients, suppliers, etc.
- Must have a stable job history and a proven track record of handling confidential and high-value information and items.
- Flexible in terms of working hours to meet the demands of the executive’s schedule and business needs.
- Willing to work in Makati.
