Responsibilities:
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of analytics projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, issue resolutions, and project progress reports.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all necessary project documentation.
- Manage the development and deployment of assigned projects.
- Work with the data team to interpret analytics results, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take the lead in project meetings, ensuring structured discussions, clear action items, and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Conduct formal project closure (including stakeholder sign-offs, documentation of lessons learned and handoff to BAU support).
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and other analytics deliverables.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end analytics or data-driven projects in a business environment.
- Solid understanding of analytics, data interpretation, and translating insights into business recommendations.
- Strong ability to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and align deliverables with strategic business goals.
- Must be open for project-based and willing to work in BGC or Makati (Hybrid 2-3 days RTO).
