Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy and product planning for the cosmetics division.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end product development, from concept creation to market execution.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, creative, and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or product development.
- Background in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.
- Strong marketing acumen with the ability to work with data and numbers.
- Experience in haircare or personal care product development is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
