Assistant Product Manager (Cosmetics, Skincare)

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead brand strategy and product planning for the cosmetics division.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives.
    • Manage end-to-end product development, from concept creation to market execution.
    • Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, creative, and operations teams.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or product development.
    • Background in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.
    • Strong marketing acumen with the ability to work with data and numbers.
    • Experience in haircare or personal care product development is preferred.
    • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
