Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy and product planning for the cosmetics division.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Manage end-to-end product development — from concept to execution.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to guide decisions.
- Collaborate with R&D, creative, and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or product development.
- Background in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.
- Strong marketing instincts and comfortable working with data and numbers.
- Experience in product development for haircare or personal care is preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
