Brand Manager (Cosmetics)


    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Development, Sales, Marketing or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in brand management and marketing strategies particularly in the cosmetics line.
    • Previous experience in managing and leading teams.
    • Experience in e-commerce / retail industry.
    • Should be able to function as a Retail Analyst to the brand.
    • With strong research, analytical skills and creative mindset – a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
    • Must be well versed in brand analysis, strategy formulation and development execution of marketing programs and activities (i.e. brand development, brand launch, concept development, communications campaign development etc).
    • Must have good understanding of consumer behavior and updated market trends.
    • Highly organized and performs well under pressure.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Good budget management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS office software specifically in MS Excel.
    • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
