Business Development Executive

    Job Summary:

    The role involves supporting various functions within the company, focusing on market research, lead generation, negotiation, account management, and professional development. The individual will assist in identifying market trends, analyzing data for strategic decisions, generating new business leads, and managing customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Market Research and Analysis: Assist in market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends. Support the analysis of market dynamics and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
    • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Help generate and qualify leads for new business opportunities. Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to present product or service benefits and address challenges.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions, working closely with other departments to finalize agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Account Management and Relationship Building: Support the management and maintenance of customer relationships, seeking opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer retention.
    • Professional Development and Learning: Emphasize continuous learning and improvement, fostering a growth mindset, and staying current with industry standards and market conditions.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree of any course.
    • Must have 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing from any industry.
    • With pleasing and presentable personality, humble, good initiative, and possesses strong communication skills.
    • Must be willing to work full time onsite in San Juan and/or BGC, Taguig when required.
