Business Development Lead (IT)

    Job Summary:

    The role is responsible for direct selling and business development activities of the company’s portfolio/offerings to prospective and current accounts in the Philippines. The portfolios/offerings shall cover Technology Consulting, People & Talent, Data & Analytics and IT Solutioning.



    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field.
    • Familiarity with the FSI, Utilities and/or Telco industry contacts and industry processes and policies in the Philippines is a firm requirement for this role.
    • Minimum of 10 years of sales/business development experience in the Philippines.
    • Ability to identify business opportunities and have meaningful and deep conversations about technology solutions, architecture, data analytics and IT Services.
    • Proven track record in business development, selling, and negotiation. Track record of consistently holding or exceeding goals using a consultative/solution-selling approach is expected in this role.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strong understanding of the IT solutions & services industry and market trends is a must.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently to achieve sales and business development goals and targets. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the sales and business development.
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a sales team towards reaching company set objectives and targets.
    • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
