Business Development Manager (ERP)


    • Achieve/exceed sales quota
    • Look for relevant business opportunities through own contact network
    • Handle new accounts
    • Provide weekly account updates and reports
    • Manage a wide portfolio of opportunities
    • Proposal and quotation creation
    • Execution of high-level company and product presentations
    • Understand and execute proper software licensing
    • Develop effective account plans
    • Establish strong customer relationship
    • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, growth plans and competitive landscape
    • Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management


    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar
    • 4 years relevant work experience, strong background in solution selling
    • Has an existing network of SAP contacts and customers
    • Deep understanding and experience in ERP systems and relevant applications, particularly SAP
    • A hunter mentality with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail
    • Must be self-motivated and self-driven
    • Team player and competitive by nature
    • Open to WFH arrangement but flexible to meet face-to-face when required
