Responsibilities:
- To research on existing and new markets where the company can supply manpower to.
- To identify and establish linkages with new projects in countries that may have manpower requirements.
- To initiate communication with clients through email and phone to find out if they are interested in hiring manpower as well as other pertinent calls.
- To pre-qualify prospective clients.
- To conduct initial presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
- To regularly update the Client Database and ensure that this database is maximized.
- To ensure timely renewal of Recruitment Agreements and accreditation of Employers. To assist in planning for foreign marketing trips which include identifying clients, setting up meetings for Directors, research on clients, etc.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Open to work full time in Makati City.
