Job Summary:
The role is responsible for prompt delivery of land acquisition and commercial property revenue targets through proper conduct of market and environmental scanning, feasibility studies, and financial projections. The role is in charge of sourcing and negotiation with prospective lessors for Dolmar’s commercial properties and the processing of all necessary permits and licenses for the company’s Land Banking and Acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Financial Management or Economics.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in land banking, market analysis, and financial reports from large real estate or property management companies such as Avida Land, SMC, Filinvest, etc.
- Proven experience in business development with sound understanding of financial and commercial management practices and reporting.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal capability, both internal and external.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, negotitaion, project management, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to generate ideas and solutions; self-motivated and results driven.
- Great people skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships.
- Advanced MS Excel, MSWord, Outlook skills with accurate data entry and word entry skills.
- Knowledgeable in government policies, regulations and requirements.
- Familiarity with land acquisition process.
- Ability to maintain positive relationship with stakeholders.
