Responsibilities:
- Finds new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and referral partners (brokers, designers, project managers).
- Maintains relationships with existing clients to create possibilities for repeat business.
- Coordinates client requirements during bidding to the Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to come up with the correct design and proper costing, respectively.
- Works together with the Partners, Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to close accounts.
- Manages the communication with the client (and all other project owners) for the entire duration of the build.
- Communicates concerns of the company’s Projects Team to the clients and works toward a resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- With at least 1-3 years relevant experience in sales from any industry.
- Must be willing to work in Makati and do field works.
