Job Summary:
The Casino Host is responsible for providing exceptional service to casino guests, with a focus on building relationships with loyal and high-value players. This role serves as a liaison between the casino and its guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience that drives customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visitation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in guest services, front office, or casino/hotel operations is an advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with casino games and systems such as CMS (Casino Management Systems) is an advantage.
- At least 5’5” in height for females.
- With above-average dental health; specifically, without braces.
- No visible tattoos, birthmarks, or scars.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
