Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides leaderships, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Provides strategic recommendations to the General Manager and members of the management team.
- Manages the processes for the financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparations of all financial reporting.
- Advises on all term business and financial planning.
- Establishes and develops relations with external partners and stakeholders.
- Reviews finance related procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
- CPA or MBA degree holder is preferred.
- At least 10 years experience in the same capacity with experience in the banking or financial industry.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
