Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides leaderships, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
    • Provides strategic recommendations to the General Manager and members of the management team.
    • Manages the processes for the financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparations of all financial reporting.
    • Advises on all term business and financial planning.
    • Establishes and develops relations with external partners and stakeholders.
    • Reviews finance related procedures.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
    • CPA or MBA degree holder is preferred.
    • At least 10 years experience in the same capacity with experience in the banking or financial industry.
    • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
