Client Relations and Contract Compliance Assistant Manager

    Job Summary:

    The role will oversee the associates in the absence of the manager and will work closely with the AVP-Finance on reporting. The group handles a sales support (post-sales) function and deals mainly with the customers.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Communications, or related fields.
    • Must have at least 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a supervisory role in Customer Service, Account Management, Contract Management and Sales Admin in a real estate set-up with strong emphasis in the process of Title Transfer.
    • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
