Community Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
    • Grow fan base and followership at a steady rate
    • Respond to community in a timely manner
    • Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels
    • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
    • Organizing various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
    • Stay up to date with digital technology trends

    Qualifications:

    • Proven work experience as a community manager within Discord and/or social media Experience planning and leading community initiatives
    • Experience with rapidly growing social followership
    • Adept at social media management
    • Knowledge of online marketing
    • Highly motivated to go above and beyond to deliver organizational outcomes
    • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent writing skills
