Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the registration and titling of all company properties. It is also tasked with monitoring the annual payment of real property taxes and insurance. The position is also responsible for ensuring that pertinent documents like land titles, lot plans, survey plans, tax declarations, and building permits are properly filed and well maintained. The position is also tasked to monitor annual payment of real property taxes and insurance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year college course.
- At least 4-5 years work experience specializing in Property/Real Estate is required.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
