Job Summary:
The is responsible for driving operational excellence and SPARK by identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction across the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. The Continuous Improvement Lead will work closely with different department heads, project teams, and the leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that operational processes are continually evolving to meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Caloocan City.
