Customer Response Representatives

    Job Summary:

    Primary responsibility is to provide efficient and professional customer support through live chat channels. Serve as the frontline representative of the company, assisting customers with their inquiries. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance their overall experience, and maintain a positive brand image while coordinating with the front office team.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course.
    • Experience in hotel guest services or front-desk department is a plus.
    • Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills.
    • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the same field.
    • Having knowledge in luxury goods for bags, watches and jewelry industry is a plus.
    • Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software.
    • Able to work with social media and OTT platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Viber).
    • Proficiency in English is a must for work coordination with overseas team members
    • Excellent personality with good communication and coordination skills.
    • Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City.
