Responsibilities:
- Perform excellence in social media operation especially through good communication and relationships with customers and partners.
- Handle the SEO requirements and social media management.
- Develop brand awareness through social media engagement and generation marketing content.
- Maintain customer engagement through a CRM program.
- Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly target.
- Analyze local market situation and report to management periodically.
- Manage operational reports and responses to customers when possible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in the same field.
- Having knowledge in luxury goods for bags, watches and jewelry industry is a plus.
- Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Able to work with social media and OTT platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Viber).
- Proficiency in English is a must for work coordination with overseas team members.
- Must be willing to work full time onsite in Makati City.
