Responsibilities:
- Oversee all brand official store operations across Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Zalora.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all account management concerns involving marketplaces, brand teams, and internal departments.
- Manage product listings, prepare key metrics reports, and conduct e-commerce market research.
- Develop sales plans and campaign strategies based on brand visibility, sales targets, and promotional schedules.
- Track and analyze KPIs, providing performance reports and insights to support future planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platform operations (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, or TikTok Shop).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract, interpret, and utilize data to enhance brand performance and streamline processes.
- Punctual, adaptable, and highly organized team player with excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in English and Filipino, both oral and written.
- Confident in presenting to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
