Responsibilities:
- Responsible for brand official store matters- Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Zalora.
- Lead contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brands, internal teams.
- Product listing, Key metrics Report, E-Commerce Market Research.
- Proposes sales plans for campaigns and sale dates based on size and visibility of the brand on a campaign day.
- Tracks and analyses KPIs, prepares reports on performance for future planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate; preferably Industrial Engineering or any related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce platform operations such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and Tiktok Shop.
- Must be comfortable with pulling data and doing analysis to help brand performance and process flows.
- Punctual, adaptable, highly organized, overall team player, with good people skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent in English and Filipino in both oral and written forms.
- Must be confident in presenting themselves to top executives.
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
