Job Summary:
The Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) Manager is responsible for the overall management of technical planning, engineering design coordination, and construction support services for real estate development projects. These projects encompass subdivision land development, housing construction, and infrastructure systems. A key responsibility is to ensure that all engineering and technical services are efficient, cost-effective, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements, company quality standards, and project timelines. This leadership role involves managing the technical services team, engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless coordination from initial project planning and design through construction and final completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering or any related field)
- PRC Licensed Engineer (Board Passer); license is preferred/advantage
- Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in engineering management within real estate development, housing construction, and infrastructure projects
- Strong background in subdivision development, housing construction, and infrastructure engineering
- Proven experience in project management, site development, and engineering operations
- Has attended relevant engineering trainings, certifications, and seminars
- Willing to be assigned on-site in Mandaluyong and the Bulacan project site
