Job Summary:
The ETS Manager will oversee Construction Management, Property Management, and Engineering Office functions, ensuring efficient project execution, quality control, and operational excellence. The primary focus of this role is construction and project development, with an additional responsibility for improving the company’s property management operations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Has at least 8-10 years experience in a leadership role in Construction Management, Property Management, and Engineering Office
- Able to manage both horizontal and vertical development projects
- Willing to travel to Bulacan from Mandaluyong and vice-versa
