Executive Assistant

    Job Summary:

    The Executive Assistant shall provide day-to-day administrative and business support services to the Board and the company. Responsibilities include but not limited to:, undertake research and analysis, key person in handling communication on behalf of the Board, assist the Corporate Secretary, safe keep corporate documents, and managing the benefits of the Board.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Administration or any related course.
    • Minimum of five (5) years experience, preferably in a Corporate Management position.
    • Must have at least two (2) years leadership experience.
    • Trustworthy and results – oriented.
    • High attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
    • Has excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, collaborative and supportive team player.
    • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Has strong business acumen.
    • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
