Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience handling relevant or similar roles, including internship work.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in record keeping and correspondence management.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using common office software as Microsoft Office and database software. Proficiency in using presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with others, build relationships with stakeholders, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and financial records, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and handle unexpected challenges.
- Must be willing to work full time onsite in Manila.
