Executive Chef

    Job Summary:

    The position is primarily responsible for directing and supervising the operations of the Kitchen and Restaurant in a manner that ensures optimum efficiency of operations and total guest satisfaction. Recommends ways to optimize profit, increase sales and control costs. Further, this position is responsible for the supervision and productivity of the Food and Beverage (F&B) personnel including staffing, training and performance management.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts, preferably with Masters Degree units.
    • Must have at least 5 years related work experience.
    • Experienced in Restaurant Operations and must have culinary expertise.
    • Must be willing to work in Coron, Palawan.
