Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for managing F&B operations to deliver a good client experience and enhance guest satisfaction. The position is also responsible for determining overhead cost and forecasting food and beverage supplies to support the restaurant business.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably Hotel/Resort and Restaurant Management or Tourism.
- At least 7 years work-related experience in the hospitality industry.
- Must have specific knowledge in Food and Beverage trends and best practices.
- Experienced in Operations Management, Inventory Management and Safety & Security Standards.
- Must be willing to work in Coron, Palawan.
