Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for the daily communication with the Client (local counterpart), and ensuring that all concerns and/or queries are properly addressed on time. He/she will also be overseeing the operational effectiveness of the agency and field employees to ensure alignment with company standards, regulations, and KPIs.
This role involves managing the tasks of the team, ensuring that daily operations and activities are smoothly executed across various locations, focusing on compliance, performance, and effective communication between the agency, promoters, and the internal management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- Around 20 years of related experience in managing field teams or promoters, preferably in the Mobile and/or Consumer Electronics Industry.
- Experience working with agencies and overseeing large-scale recruitment and workforce management.
- Familiarity with the mobile/consumer electronics industry, including knowledge of product specifications and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in field force management tools and software.
- Strong understanding of field operations and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large-scale workforce across multiple locations.
- Must be willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
