Job Summary:
The Field Force Manager for the Mobile Industry will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of agency and field employees (Promoters) to ensure alignment with company standards, regulations, and KPIs. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of promoters across various locations, focusing on compliance, performance, and effective communication between the agency, promoters, and the internal management team. A deep understanding of the mobile industry and previous experience with field-based teams are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing field teams or promoters, preferably in the Mobile Industry.
- Strong understanding of field operations and compliance regulations.
- Experience working with agencies and overseeing large-scale recruitment and workforce management.
- Familiarity with the mobile industry, including knowledge of product specifications and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in field force management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large-scale workforce across multiple locations.
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
