Finance Administrator

    Job Summary:

    The Finance Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the finance department. This role ensures the smooth operation of financial processes, including bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and maintaining financial records. The Finance Admin also handles compliance-related tasks, such as BIR submissions for new store openings and POS systems, and provides administrative support for store operations.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
    • Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and regulations, especially BIR requirements for
    • POS systems and new business registrations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
