Job Summary:
The Fleet Safety and Security Officer is responsible for overseeing the safety, security, and compliance of all fleet and logistics operations. This role ensures the protection of personnel, assets, and cargo through proactive risk mitigation, training, and emergency response management across regional operations.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of a 4-to-5-year college course.
- Minimum of a Basic Occupational Safety and Health Course (BOSHC) Certificate, or appointed/qualified as Safety Officer 2 (SO2) / Safety Officer 3 (SO3).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Trucking Operations, preferably within the Petroleum Industry (with a Certificate of Employment / COE).
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Safety Officer in Trucking Operations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving both Automatic (AT) and Manual (MT) vehicles across North and South Luzon. Able to conduct driving tests using 10W (10-Wheelers) and Tractor Heads.
- Deep understanding of Safety and Security Regulations & Standards.
- HAZMAT & Emergency Response Expertise, with technical knowledge of the oil industry and fuel tanker operations.
- Strong background in Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Inspection, and Audits.
- Computer literate and highly adept with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
- Must be willing to be assigned in Malolos, Bulacan.
