Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, cost control, safety compliance, and achievement of business objectives. The role involves leading multiple departments, driving operational excellence, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 3-5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with OSHA, DOLE, DENR, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous programs is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday and open to travel when needed.
