Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the real estate company, including sales, property management, business development, and administrative functions. The role ensures profitability, operational efficiency, and achievement of company goals while managing teams and driving strategic growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in operations management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The role may require fieldwork and travel, subject to operational requirements and scheduled activities.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati from Monday to Saturday.
