Job Summary:
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the company towards achieving its mission and vision. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, including strategic planning, program management, fundraising, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors and collaborate with various partners and stakeholders to drive the organization’s impact and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., non-profit management, public administration, business administration).
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the NGO or foundation sector, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of the socio-economic and environmental challenges facing the Philippines.
- Demonstrated success in program development, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt to a changing landscape.
- Passion for and commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
