Job Summary:
The Financial Comptroller represents the Group (and its objectives) in all financial matters (except Treasury). This includes acting on all resolutions of Top, Group and Unit Management; ratifying and ensuring implementation of business plans; ensuring all financial processes and documentation are in accordance with policies and statutes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Must be CPA and preferably MBA
- At least ten (10) years of experience in general accounting and financial management gained from similar industries and group types set up
- At least five (5) years of senior management experience
- High level of dependability, organized and well-developed analytical thinking skills
- High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- High level of service orientation and results orientation
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of leadership and people management skills
- High level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure
- Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City
