Job Summary:
The Head of Food & Beverage Service Operations will report directly to the Group Head, Business Operations and will be responsible in managing the Group’s food and beverage service operations located in major cities in the Philippines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary and hospitality management, business management, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; post graduate studies will be considered.
- Proven leadership capabilities with at least five-year working experience in a senior management role; at least four-year proven performance record as Group Director / Manager of Food & Beverage or equivalent in reputable and food and beverage restaurant groups in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen; highly effective and efficient in maintaining high level operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expense.
- Strong and natural leadership in people engagement and relations, development and retention, organizational culture, inclusion and diversity; excellent motivator and communicator.
- Highly fitted in a fast growth and dynamic business environment.
- Can do, will do” attitude and a “hands-on” person.
- Philippine based candidates are preferred.
- Willing to be based onsite in Pasay City and travel regularly to other branches.
