Group Manager – Warehouse and Logistics

    Job Summary:

    • The functional scope of this role includes warehouse operations management, cold chain and food safety compliance, inventory management, safety and compliance, process improvement and cost control, while performing other related tasks assigned for this role.
    • The Warehouse Manager will report to the Head, Warehouse & Logistics.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business management, or equivalent. Certificate programs will be considered.
    • Proven management capabilities with at least four-year working experience in a management role; at least three-year proven performance record as Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor / Senior Lead, or equivalent in reputable and food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, commissary and shared services operations, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
    • KSA: Information & Technology. Knowledge in warehouse administrative policy and operating guidelines, business competitiveness, guest engagement and customer service orientation, loss prevention and contagious disease and outbreak, food safety requirement and hazard analysis and critical control points, and related hygiene sanitation regulatory compliance; warehouse / supply chain management system, ERP software, Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must be willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City and travel to branches and the Pasay main office as required.
