Head of Digital


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or its equivalent.
    • Must have at least 15 years relevant work experience in Advertising/Digital or equivalent field.
    • Proven work experience as a Digital Head.
    • Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies.
    • Understanding of how digital channels work.
    • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adobe Targeting.
    • Has handled e-commerce strategy, including mobile app experience, defining digital customer experience, business case development, ROI analysis, conversions, brand and tone of voice.
    • Experience in digital media optimization is a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Able to deliver quality work results even under pressure.
    • Willing to work in McKinley, Fort Bonifacio.
