Head of Human Resources

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain recruitment and onboarding activities and plans to consider the strategic needs of the organization, recruitment of new people, deployment of people effectively within the organization, releasing employees from the organization, and using contracted or temporary employees as part of the workforce.
    • Improve effectiveness as well as organizational culture and values to ensure that they support the long-term strategy.
    • Develop and maintain strategy and plans to enhance individuals’ and groups’ performance to improve the organization’s long-term competitive positioning; establish performance planning and reviewing processes; promote training to improve individual’s capacity to perform; promote long-term individual development; promote team development.
    • Develop and maintain strategy and plans for all employee relations activities; ensuring employees’ commitment in times of change; and promoting effective internal communication to support the achievement of the organization’s strategy.
    • This includes employee support services such as counseling, discipline, and grievance handling.

     

    Qualifications:

    • The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from a reputable college, with a preference for a Post Graduate Master’s Degree or relevant units.
    • With at least 7-8 years of related work experience, including 3-4 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience from a financial institution is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, human resources management principles, office practices, and departmental regulations is preferred.
    • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
