Job Summary:
The Technology Services Department Head is responsible for overseeing and managing technology services within the Enterprise System Development Division, with a focus on innovations, automation, and analytics. This role involves supervising and leading a team of specialists, including Automation Engineers and Analytics Specialists, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing strategies to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in technology services, innovation, automation, or data analytics roles
- Five (5) years of experience in a leadership or management role within a technology services or innovation department
- Experience with automation tools, data analytics platforms, and business intelligence solutions
- Experience in project management, with familiarity in Agile and traditional methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess performance metrics and implement improvements
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Committed to delivering high-quality support and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Willing to work full time onsite in Makati City
