Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources management, business management, or equivalent; post graduate studies will be considered.
- Proven capabilities with at least four-year working experience in a management role; at least three-year proven performance record as specialist in talent engagement programs and engagement survey analytics, or equivalent in reputable and upscale food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments, large scale BPO and call center experience will be highly regarded.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
