Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources management, business management, or equivalent; postgraduate studies will be considered.
- Proven capabilities with at least four-year working experience in a management role; at least three-year proven performance record as specialist in talent acquisition, labor relations and employee discipline, performance and development management, or equivalent in reputable and food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
- Experience in high-volume F&B retail startups is an advantage. Proficiency in using multiple Talent Acquisition (TA) and Performance & Development Management (PDM) systems will be highly regarded.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
