HR Business Partner

    Job Summary:

    This role is serves as the bridge between HR functions and business departments, ensuring that human resources initiatives and strategies are aligned with our business goals and operational needs. The HR Business Partner will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative work environment and enhancing employee performance to drive business success.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to address these needs while supporting business objectives.
    • Implement and manage HR initiatives such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee retention strategies.
    • Provide expert advice and coaching to management on HR policies and practices, employee relations issues, and other HR­ related topics.
    • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to propose solutions to business challenges.
    • Facilitate change management initiatives and guide department leaders through business transformations.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
    • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met. Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment. Serve as a link between employees and management by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and legal requirements related to employment, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of employees and management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence others effectively.
    • Experience in organizational development and change management.
    • Experience in the construction or technology services industries. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software.
