Job Summary:
The role involves establishing collaborations within the HR functions to provide valuable services to both management and employees, aligning with the organization’s business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course.
- Must have at least 3 years related work experience in the banking industry is required for this position.
- Experience in all facets of HR – Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, and Training and Development.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
